India’s data centre buildout, driven by artificial intelligence, cloud migration, 5G rollout, and hyperscale demand, has turned digital infrastructure into one of the country’s most technically demanding construction categories. KBE is helping deliver this next generation of critical infrastructure.
At Sify’s Trillium Data Centre in Noida, KBE delivered Civil, Structural, External Development, Façade, and Allied MEP works on a greenfield site engineered to carry six times the conventional structural loads. The project required construction methods calibrated for uptime-grade resilience and long-term scalability, executed to the tolerances hyperscale and colocation facilities demand.
Trillium is, however, a starting point, not the full picture. Through its technology arm, Krishnaa Advance Systems (KAS), in collaboration with Vigyanlabs, KBE offers an end-to-end data centre proposition: design and EPC delivery of the physical facility, followed by server deployment, software stack integration, and ongoing maintenance through to handover. KAS brings infrastructure execution and market access; Vigyanlabs contributes FEMTO, its proprietary air-cooled AI compute platform built for high-density, energy-efficient inference workloads, reducing dependence on water-intensive cooling without compromising performance.
The result is a single-point delivery model spanning structure to software: civil and MEP execution, sovereign AI-ready compute infrastructure, and full lifecycle support, under one accountable team.
